Winter? It's 'Snow' Much Fun...Not!

Let's face it, this winter, we've all pretty much been stuck in the house overeating, cursing the weather updates (2 Words - More Snow) and generally feeling like sh*t. SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) much? Here are 3 easy ways you can get happier, prettier and be the envy of all your friends and family ASAP because, honestly, if no one's jealous of you, you're probably doing something wrong:

1. Look like you just got back from Aruba, the Caymans or Costa Rica.

Aka, Get A Spray Tan.

After all, everyone, absolutely everyone looks healthier, thinner and sexier with a tan. Just get it without shaking and baking in the sun and exfoliate like crazy beforehand, otherwise you run the very real risk of your tan coming out streaky or uneven. Ugh.

Exfoliators to try: Java Coffee Bean And Raw Sugar Body Scrub (Pssst, Java's a local RI Co.), Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Body Intense Exfoliating Treatment

Me? I won't go anywhere but Glistening Goddesses. Cassandra and Co. offer the best looking quick drying spray tan around. Save yourself a few steps (as in coulda, woulda, shoulda) and go there first.

2. Kick Your Comfort Zone's *ss

Maybe you're already working out?

You have that gym membership. But you're bored as h*ll.

**Yawn**

Try kickboxing. Don't be afraid: It's phenomenal for burning (calories), building  (lean muscles) and blowing off steam. I hear "they" even let you bring in a pic of either an ex or someone you strongly dislike and tape it to the heavy bag as inspiration. For that reason and that reason alone, you should go. Ha! It also helps make you prettier because when you walk out of class, you'll be smiling (Smiling girls are the prettiest, right?) and feeling fantastic.

Celebrities Who Are Into Kickboxing: Gigi Hadid, Lauren Conrad Denise Richards and Angelina Jolie to name a few

3. "Does Anyone Read Anymore?"

Had coffee with an old friend recently who now makes her living as a trend spotter for a well known company (#SwornToSecrecy) and she insists that reading and writing letters are both going to be huge in 2015-2016, as in Kim or Kayne saying 'Hey paparazzi, catch me putting my phone down and reading.' Or something like that...Telling you now, so you can get onboard before it blows up. #BooksAreSexy
