This Garden City Store Has Everything You'll Want For Summer Entertaining & Having Your Squad Over

What's your superpower? Mine is being able to drink coffee after 8pm (or later) and still fall into a sound sleep. So, of course I was living for the coffee bar , and the coffee maker selection, at Williams Sonoma Garden City Center the other day.

Just so happens I'm teaming up with GCC to spotlight the 8 home - and furniture - stores that are Rhode Island exclusive to them, and WS has so much superlative stuff to swoon over. Especially if you're looking to ramp up your entertaining-at-home game (and who isn't these days?). Join me then on a mini tour of a few of my favs things for wowing your squad, your SO (That's significant other.), and those social media friends always posting and boosting about their domestic or homemaking skills.

1. When Life Gives You Lemons...

Lemons are all kinds of bright, cheery, and energizing (spa-ish if you will). Tasty too! Whether you're ramping up the style quotient in your kitchen with a new apron or baking some Meyer Lemon mini muffins with this classic mix (photos above), it's a simple, accessible way to add some zest into your every day. 

2. Oh La La Or Why I Adore Le Creuset

That enviable French Style we're always seeing articles about in our feeds also extends to cookware. Yes, Le Creuset is the culinary equivalent of the understated chic looks people sport on the streets of Paris. (Speaking of which, one of my nephews is in France studying art and drawing this summer and he's pretty much confirmed that they are indeed all about that sophisticated, minimalist aesthetic IRL.) Also, once you're a fan, you'll find you're collecting them in the same way you might add to the handbag or shoe stash in your closet. 

*And don't forget their sweet looking pot holders! Take your baking dishes and pans out of the oven stylishly. I'm partial to the stripes but there are many other options to choose from.

3. That Tropical State Of Mind
