Brunch At Bellini

Tell ya the truth, I had no idea that Bellini even offered brunch.

It wasn’t until my husband and I stayed at The Beatrice a few weeks ago that I found out they do indeed have classic brekkie things like pancakes and French toast on Saturdays and Sundays (until 4pm).

Okay, I did insist the hubs change out of a sleeveless tee and into a Tommy Bahama shirt one I’d bought him back in my days as a manager at Nordstrom Providence.

Beyond that (dressy casual is my style mantra this month), we both had a fantastic time.

I mean…Is there a prettier setting in Providence? (Ummm, I think not.)

Hellooooo, Mid Century Modern Italian-o!

Channel your inner Sophia Loren, Monica Bellucci, or Stanley Tucci whilst enjoying one of their signature Bellinis (subtly sweet, smooth, & delish), an Umbrian Salad, and an Omelette or Eggs Benedict Florentine.

The husband and I split one of their shrimp salads (SUPER fresh and tasty) and then happily dipped into orders of their avocado toast (with scrambled eggs) and pancakes with maple syrup and a side of berries.

If you want to ramp up the joy this season, you’ll want to make a res for brunchie at Bellini.

This year, they’ve also added outdoor tables, too, in case you’re feeling al fresco this summer.

And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention their dessert menu, specifically the Bellini Vanilla Meringue. It is one of the best desserts I’ve eaten in my whole entire lifetime. Srsly. So light and fluffy, a sweet dream-y way to cap off any meal there.

To make your reservation at Bellini, check out their site.
