The Place Everyone's Going This Month & Why You Should Too

IMG_9484.jpg

The other day I made a Christmas Playlist on Spotify (Usually, such a fan of Sirius Radio but this year, their Holiday music channels are lacking. I mean, when I don't hear Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?" at least twice a day, that's a prob.) and then, we motored over to The Farmer's Daughter in So Kingstown.

If you haven't seen any of my gushing, love letter-esque posts about it being a key destination in the OS in the Spring (Easter) and for Autumn (Harvest & Halloween), then let me tell you that I'm equally obsessed during December. To me, it is PERFECT (Love Actually...winky face!). Anywho, you cannot have a bad day (or take a bad photo) there because it's essentially your fav Pinterest Boards or Rustic/Farmhouse Instagram accounts come to life.

So, definitely take that personal day and make an afternoon of it. Grab some coffee and pastry over at nearby TLC Coffee Roasters (Last I checked, they had an entire bar of iced coffee options. I always order one of their lemon poppy seed muffins.), then, explore TFD  and it's festive greenhouses, sheds, and gardens til your heart's content. You can get your tree, a wreath (The day we were there, we say signs for a wreath making class. Instant Martha Stewart.) Or pick up a bunch of the most adorable ornaments this side of the North Pole. (We're talking Pinterest Dreams, remember?) Check out the photo diary below for even more inspo.
