Looking to combine your love of LOCAL food with the convenience of doorstep delivery?

I recently had the great good fortune to be on the receiving end of a delivery of in-season veggies and fruits via WhatsGood Rhode Island and all the produce was high quality, fresh, and just looked picture perfect. (See photos below.)

WhatsGood? I'd say it’s more like What's GREAT!

My order included:

  1. A 3lb. bag of gourmet mushrooms from RI Mushroom Co. (We cooked up some on Wednesday night and they were scrumptious.)

  2. 2 adorable mini pumpkins from Zephyr Farm (Used those to decorate our living room.)

  3. An x-large Schartner Farm Box filled with Rhody grown apples, peaches, squash, cauliflower, green peppers, carrots, parsley, sweet potatoes, garlic, broccoli, and jalapeños. (We had a bunch of the veggies as part of last night’s dinner and oh boy, were they yummy!)

Also, the whole process is straightforward and easy to navigate. You just hop on their site (or use their app), create an account, and start shopping.

And it’s not limited to just greens and fruits — you can also get fish and meat, prepared dishes from your favorite restaurants (like Chaska), coffee from roasters like Borealis, baked goods Wright’s Farm, treats for your pup from Buppy Pets, and a lot more.

You’ll get email updates and text reminders about your delivery, too, taking any stress out of the equation.

All you have to do is take your bags or boxes in and get cooking.
