The Brunch Event At This EG Restaurant Features A Champagne Cart And A Flower Truck

When Huck’s Filling Station first opened their doors on Post Road in EG back in September of 2019, shortly thereafter friends (both my online and my real life ones) started messaging me on FB and texting, saying how I had to get over there and experience it for myself. Pronto.

First off, let me just say that I ADORE that the folks at Huck’s repurposed an old gas station (something that’s gradually gained steam across the country over the last 10 or 15 years) and turned it into an eatery that people are so passionate about.

Also, once the hubs and I finally motored over for a meal, they won us over too. As a matter of fact, when I mentioned THIS post to him this week, the first thing he said was “the food there is so good!” (Since the food is southern inspired and the closest I’ve come to the southern part of the US of A lately has been watching reruns of Southern Charm on Bravo, gonna say it’s akin to the best of that show, namely, Pat Altschul and Craig Conover.)

If you haven’t been yet (whaaat?!!) or in a while, you’ll be psyched to hear that Huck’s is hosting a spectacular brunch event this Saturday from 11 to 2 called Flowers & Mimosas and it will feature: a garden back drop wall from A La Carte (perfect for taking selfies, Reels, or uploading to Snap), a champagne cart where a bartender will be pouring mimosas, and a flower truck where you can pick up a bouq or two (Wall Flower is NEW and based right here in Rhode Island by the by) for yourself or the fresh fleur lover in your life.

I mean, how great — dare I say Insta Worthy — does that all sound?

About 110% certain that everyone is going to be talking, and posting, about it over the weekend.

In addition their brunch menu (fellow carb fans…there will be biscuits and believe you me, they are something to write home about) will also be available, but reservations are required, so why not hop over to their site and get yourself seats for June 26th?

And you never know WHO you’ll see there. (Yes, I’m goin’ and I’m superrr excited, beaucoup thanks to the folks at Huck’s for the invite.)

Huck’s Filling Station is located 4654 Post Road in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.

As always, if you brunch at Huck’s on Sat. after reading this, please (pretty please?) let them know you heard about their event here via Patty J and PattyJ.com.
