There's A Biscuit Pop Up In Providence This Weekend And It Sounds Amazing

Comfort food is my jam. 

Throwing that little reminder out because this Saturday & Sunday you will find me enjoying some classic Southern style biscuits at the Irregardless Biscuit Co. pop-up at the Tailor Shop on Broadway (right next door to Broadway Bistro) in Providence.

Speaking of jam, I have my heart set on their Strawberry Butter, Biscuit With Butter And Honey, & An Egg And Cheese. (I don’t eat meat, but if you do, they have you covered big time.) 

Frankly, the closet I’ve come to the southern part of the US of A these last few years has been watching reruns of Southern Charm on Bravo, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know a greattt biscuit when I see one. (Also I know GP is eating paleo — just saw something in her IG Stories last nite — but I just couldn’t do it. No way, no how!) 

It’s been a while since the hubs and I stopped by this much-loved, weekend-only happening but our past visits have always been terrific. Nice people. Fresh and yummy food, thoughtfully prepared. I mean, what more could we ask for? 

If you’re reading THIS on Saturday December 17th or Sunday the 18th, you can catch Irregardless Biscuit at the Tailor Shop at 211 Broadway until 1pm. (Also, get there early because I feel like they are gonna sell out.)
