We Had A Delicious Dinner In Lincoln, Rhode Island At This New Restaurant

There’s a NEW restaurant on George Washington Highway in Lincoln (Rhode Island), and consider us wowed.

From the moment we stepped through the front door at Nathaniel’s Bistro, it was a completely enjoyable experience.

The hubs and I were there for an early dinner last night and before I talk service and food, gotta tell you that the interior is absolutely lovely from the bar and light fixtures throughout to the seating in the main dining room and even the restrooms. (I hear it was done by Michelle Lee Designs and hats off to her.)

Our wait person was pleasant and helpful, even grabbing me a hot water with lemon (that looked like something from a European cafe…it’s the little things, ya know?) because I wanted a hot drink that wasn’t coffee.

The menu is a love letter to American comfort food with a Mediterranean twist, with popular dishes like calamari, ribs, burgers (more about that in a sec), soups and chowders, fresh fish, and pastas.

Tom had their Kobe Burger (he eats meat) which he said was incredibly juicy and delicious. And a lavender lemonade which was equally yum. (I, for one, LOVE that they offer zero proof cocktails.)

I went with a vegetarian dish — their QUINOA BOWL which was warm, loaded with colorful veggies, and topped with grilled tofu. It hit the spot on a chilly November nite here in lil Rhody.

Next time, we’re getting dessert (I have a sweet-tooth), so I can loop y’all in on that.

If you’re looking for somewhere new and enchanting to take your significant other or for a nice night out with friends, this is the place.
