There's A New Burger Place In Providence And Yum

An old friend (someone I used to work with back in my Nordstrom mgr. days) strongly encouraged me to visit There, There on West Fountain in Providence (open since this past summer), and boy, am I sure glad she did.

This burger joint that used to be occupied by Buck Town Chicken and is now the home of the makers formerly known as Dip, Dips — and they are cooking up some of THE tastiest casual eats in Rhode Island right now.

The hubs and I were there for lunch on Saturday and he got their Oklahoma Buger which he is still raving about. He said that it’s one of the best burgers he has ever eaten. (Pssst…my husband is not one to dole out beaucoup compliments, especially when it comes to FOOD.)

Now, I don’t eat meat, but thankfully they had some incredible meat-less options available, including their steak fries (I inhaled an entire order and woah), Filet O Cheese (regulars gush about this 21st century twist on a fried cheese sammie), and the Kale Roll (made with cornmeal battered kale, smoky relish…and more).

Friends, I opted ultimately for that KALE ROLL and it was a flavor party on a roll.

They also offer housemade potato chips (next time!), soup specials, a chopped wedge salad, and cold beverages.

Run, don’t walk.

And make sure to take along another fellow burger fan.

Also, the team there is quite nice.

Find There, There at 471 West Fountain Street in Providence, RI.
