Ever been to Pasquale’s Pizzeria?

I could eat pizza 5 nights a week — and I sometimes do.

Now, if like me, you prefer a thin Neapolitan style pie that’s flavorful and light yet still entirely satisfying, I would strongly suggest adding Pasquale’s to your Spring 2023 casual eats agenda.

Also, their tagline (on IG anyway) is “from Naples to South County, Rhode Island” and that resonates with me in a big way because my mom’s mother emigrated from Naples, Italy back in the day.

Last time the hubs and I were there, it was bustling with couples picking up to-go orders, small groups waiting for tables, and still more people eating and watching a game on tv.

We ordered the house salad and a large pie that we devoured hungrily.

If you eat greens 🥗 with your pizza that makes it healthier, right?

Regulars also rave about the “Grandma Pie,” their grinders, and the tiramisu.
