Brunch Is Coming To Your Favorite Mexican Restaurant In Providence

I got invited to preview the much-anticipated BRUNCH menu coming to XACO TACO in Providence yesterday, and couldn’t wait to tell you all about it.

The restaurant itself has always been a FUN-tastic destination for a casual lunch or din din with the your fellow taco and tequila lovers. Maybe you’ve taken friends or fam visiting from out of state?

The interior is tres stylish with plenty of whimsically decorated spots (including the back room with the vintage van and other objects picked up at the iconic Brimfield Flea Market) you’ll want as the backdrop for your static photos or those Reels.

Also, how sweet is a sunshine day spent out on their front patio?

But back to this BRUNCH addition (wink)!

I sampled their FRENCH TOAST with strawberry butter and fresh berries and it was outstanding. In addition, you should know that the side order is big enough to share with a friend or your significant other.

For my main, yours truly opted for some eggs (sunny side UP) with black beans, crema and tortilla chips. Long story short, it was completely delish.

My friend KG had the huevos rancheros, and she absolutely LOVED it.

The team there is pretty swell too! Totally on point and super friendly.

Frankly I am excited to go back with my husband this summer for a nice BRUNCH in the Innovation District in PVD.
