The Fabulous Inn Where You & Your Fave Person Will Want To Staycation This Season

Inn Style

No doubt you're already pretty familiar with the Ocean House, but this week we stayed at the Watch Hill Inn on Bay Street, and it is equally deserving of some serious fan-girling.

With spectacular views of the harbor and all the boats (Be on the lookout for the Aphrodite, an antique wooden yacht restored, and fastidiously maintained, by the OH. It's gorg!), you feel as though you're actually staying on a houseboat or something.

You're also centrally located in town, an oh-so-short walk from perennial favorites such as Ten Sandwiches (The sandwiches there are in fact terrif.), Rochelle's (In case you're in need of a Free People fix whilst you're in WH.), and the famous Flying Horse Carousel. In addition, the interior - including the Sandy Point Suite (pics below) at the tippity top where we stayed - has been completely updated: Think hardwoods, flat screen tvs, and cheery, clean decor.

The Suite Life

Spend your days chilling (literally) in the AC and listening to Spotify or out on the massive deck catching some rays and gawking at those beau-ti-ful boats. There's also a full kitchen if you like to cook.

Another plus? Since the Inn is under the umbrella of the OH Resort, you can actually partake of all the amenities they offer, including access to the Below Deck sweet shop (Go for the gelato and speciality coffee, and you can even pick up a sunscreen on your way out the door.) and the private guest/members only beach with pristine sand, snack bar (aka, The Dune Cottage), and their signature yellow lounge chairs, light blue umbrellas, and bright white/navy blue striped towels. They even have drink service on the beach. #CheersToThat
