The Fabulous Vintage Store In Johnston, Rhode Island To Explore This Fall

Carefully Examining The Antique Glassware The Other Day (These Sets Would Be 5X The Price In Other Parts Of The Country!)

I almost didn’t blog about my recent (return) visit to The Find On 6 on the Johnston, Scituate line because I found a like NEW Tory Burch dress for a song!

Originally one of my nieces tipped me off about 5 or 6 years ago and believe you me, this 11,000 square foot space that’s chock full of furniture, old time-y dish and glassware, books and records, trinkets, clothing, and more (including a pay phone from the 1980’s and an antique harp) is a vintage lover’s dream.

Yes, there’s a lot to see at The Find, so make sure you’ve had your coffee, tea or chai and that you are indeed in the mood to BROWSE and search.

There is truly something for everyone to get giddy about (we were pleasantly surprised to see a Humphrey Bogart doll, in the original box, right near the entrance): Think Grandma’s attic meets Kim’s Antiques (where are my fellow Gilmore Girls fans?) with a splash of pop culture artifacts from the late 20th century to keep things intriguing.

My favorite area is STILL the greenhouse in the back (see photos below) which is divided up into different booths and vendors. I mean, there are so many really pretty “shops” with mint condition merch (what I imagine the famous flea market at the Rose Bowl in California used to be like, up until the 90’s).

The Find On 6 is located at 2953 Hartford Avenue in Johnston, Rhode Island.
