The Tiverton Coffee Shop That Has People Lined Up Out The Door

Coffee, The Most Important Meal Of The Day

This funky little coffee shop (where they hand-roast beans on site daily) on Main Road in Tiverton — overlooking the water — has people lining up out the door on the reg.

At one point, when we tried to make it inside to grab a latte and a cappuccino, we were greeted with a pretty long queue of coffee lovers.

It definitely wasn't one of those balmy spring (Satur)days that gives everyone cabin fever, making them want to bolt out of the house.

No matter, the people kept coming, by car and on foot.

After tooling around town for an hour or so, we figured that we could probably go back to Coastal Roasters and get java, no sweat.

Well, guess what?

We. Were. Wrong.

Back to CR and back to another line of more caffeine fans.

The great news is we did finally get our hands on some hot, fresh coffee.

The verdict?

VERY good !!!!

Regulars adore the outdoor seating (all year long), the Peanut Butter Cup Latte, and their pastries.

Find Coastal Roasters at 1791 Main Road in Tiverton, Rhode Island.

You MIGHT even spot the owner busy roasting the coffee beans on any given day.

Also, why not grab a bag or two of their FOGLAND Roast to brew up at home?
