Text All Your Foody Friends Because 'Taste Of The Hill' Is Almost Here

Get your group together - because coming up next week is an event you guys won’t want to miss. Yup, our friends over at Federal Hill House are hosting their annual Taste of the Hill, happening on Wednesday, May 15th from 6 - 9 pm at Waterfire Arts Center (If you haven’t attended anything there yet, all I can say is, “What a great space!”) in Providence.

Celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Hill past and present, and sample outstanding food (I mean, when I think of Fed Hill, amazing meals and desserts definitely come to mind.) from a variety of restaurants from the neighborhood and surrounding areas, including iconic ones you remember from back in the day like Angelo’s and Scialo’s Bakery. In addition to those acclaimed classics, other marquee names on this year’s roster? How about Don Jose Tequilas, Edible Arrangements, El Rancho Grande, HG80 Food Truck , Julian’s, Knead Doughnuts, Lotus Garden, Pan-A-Day Take Away, Pane E Vino, Pizzeria Gusto, Roma, Russell Morin Catering, and Trattoria Zooma!

***Proceeds from the cash bar - featuring local beer and wines - benefit FHH. So, cheers to THAT.

And this year they are proud to honor Federal Hill native, Judge Frank Caprio, for his distinguished career of service. Judge Caprio and his family have long been connected with the work they do at FHH, and everyone there is grateful for the continued support of the Caprio family.

There’s also a raffle with a single prize of 10+ gift certificates to local restaurants, and a chance to learn more about Federal Hill House.

Tickets are $50 in advance ($65 at the door.) and available online via Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/federal-hill-house-17021985620
