The North Kingstown Eatery Locals Adore For Casual Breakfast And Lunch

I Believe In Lunch

This cute North Kingstown based eatery, open since 1997, is a favorite of local residents and URI students doing the commute thing. (Back in the day, I took RIPTA to Upper College Road, but that’s another story for another time, lol.)

This diner-style establishment on Tower Hill Road has been popping up in “Patty J” guests posts as a go-to since 2015 and 16 — and for greattt reason! (Psssst…They went and opened a 2nd restaurant in Charlestown this year and you better believe, it’s on my list for 2023.)

Repeat customers and newbies (it becomes a wildly popular on-the-way-to-the-beach stop come June, July and August) alike adore their flavored iced and hot coffees, made-fresh-on-site bagel selection, baguette sandwiches, muffins (also baked there which is a pretty big deal), and salads.

And yes, they most certainly do offer gluten and dairy free menu items. (That’s a popular follow-up question that people have these days about almost every food and restaurant post.)

Go for the Hawaiian Tuna Melt or an egg and cheese (served all day), and stay for the super friendly employees and a hot cuppa French Vanilla at this family owned establishment.

Also, how lovely are their window box holiday decorations?
