European Style Hot Chocolate Is Back At This Wakefield, Rhode Island Storefront

Their chocolate bars including a Rhode Island Coffee Milk are amazing but have you tried their European style hot chocolate yet?

Hot Choc is back at Gansett Craft Chocolate on Robinson Street (just up the road from Purslane, before that they were popping up at farmers markets and such) in Wakefield, and in addition to their delectable chocolates (including their Lil Rhody Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate), you grab a few cups of this decadent sip.

The chocolate is of course made fresh daily in house. I mean, that’s a given. The detail that really sets them apart is how the marshmallow and the whipped cream toppings are both also made fresh daily at the shop.

No whipped cream out of a can (Meg Ryan’s Sally Albright would approve) or fluff out of a jar for them.

I have sipped several (that’s more than one) and can say that they are the best treat on a chilly (the wind, oy) fall afternoon.

Also, you can SAMPLE any of the choc bar flavors when you go, sweet!

Gansett Craft Chocolate is serving hc this szn every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 12noon to 5pm and on Sundays from 12 to 4pm.
